Career Haiduk first achieved national fame when she was cast in the role of Lana Lang in the live-action Superboy TV series of 1988. After the series ended, she appeared in the direct to video Luther the Geek for Troma Entertainment. After Superboy Haiduk portrayed Rhea McPherson, an aspiring FBI-agent, in the short-lived Spelling series The Round Table. Haiduk's next significant role was on seaQuest DSV, in which she played Lt. Cmdr. Katherine Hitchcock, the chief engineer, and third in command of the high-tech submarine. Haiduk appeared in the 1994 TV movie A Perfect Stranger (based on the novel by Danielle Steel). Haiduk went on to play a female vampire in the short-lived series Kindred: The Embraced. After this stint, much of her acting consists of smaller films, such as Gabriela where she appeared alongside Jaime Gomez and Zach Galligan, and guest star roles on television shows such as Charmed, The X-Files, CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, Cold Case, Due South, Crossing Jordan, NCIS, Heroes, Prison Break, and Burn Notice. In 2006, she appeared in new supplemental material for the Superboy: The Complete First Season DVD release. Haiduk also appeared regularly on the ABC soap opera All My Children as Hannah Nichols from January 2007 through January 2008. From February 2009 to August 2010, she appeared on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless as Patty Williams, and she also played Emily Peterson. Wiki Bio Text
http://stacyhaiduk.info/bio/ A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Stacy Haiduk began studying dance at the age of four. So accomplished were her skills at the age of fourteen, she toured nationally with a Michigan based Broadway/Vaudevillian dance company for a year. As a senior in high school, she was deemed to have the prettiest eyes and best figure in her class. During this time, she also appeared in local theatrical productions such as “The Music Man” and “The Merry Widow.” She moved to New Your City, after high school, where she continued her dance studies with the prestigious Joffery Ballet and at Steps. Her studies also included acting, and she trained at the Warren Robertson Studio. She appeared in a production of “Snow Leopard” at the Warren Robertson Theatre in NYC during her studies As her career began to grow, she danced in music videos with such artists as the late Laura Branigan and country group Sawyer Brown, appeared in various commercials, and appeared on the NBC daytime drama “Another World.” After an appearance in the comedy film “Magic Sticks” in 1988, Ms. Haiduk landed the role of Lana Lang in the series “Superboy,” which ran from 1988-1992, relocating from New York City to Orlando, Florida. During her stint on “Superboy,” she continued to act outside of the show, performing in movies and a guest role on “Parker Lewis Can’t Lose.” After the cancellation of “Superboy,” she portrayed FBI agent-in-training Rhea McPherson in the short-lived drama, “Round Table.” In 1993, she landed the role of Lt. Katie Hitchcock on “Seaquest DSV.” However, due to lack-luster ratings, the show was retooled to be more sci-fi than science, and moved to Orlando, Florida for filming. Unhappy with the character’s lack of growth, Ms. Haiduk requested to be dropped from her contract. Further acting roles followed, including movies such as “Danielle Steel’s A Perfect Stranger,” and guest appearances on shows such as “Due South.” She also portrayed the seductive Lilly Langtry on the “cult favorite” show, “Kindred: The Embrace,”. Many more movies, as well as guest appearances on shows such as “Melrose Place,” ” E.R.” “X-Files,” “The Profiler,” NCIS and “CSI: Miami,” have followed, demonstrating her depth and range as an actress. Ms. Haiduk currently resides in California and is married to actor Bradford (Brad) Tatum. Her most recent television appearances have been on “Wildfire” and “Crossing Jordan.” Dance remains a passion, but she also enjoys writing, and painting. Her skills, aside from dance (ballet, jazz and tap) include gymnastics (competitive) and all sports. She is an accomplished singer (2nd soprano) and has also trained in acting under the late acclaimed actor/coach Roy London.
