He ranked #48 on VH1`s 100 Greatest Kid Stars.
David was born in Los Angeles, California, the son of Kay (née Freeman), a homemaker, and Roger Faustino, a costumer. His younger brother, Michael (born on November 16, 1979), is an actor, as was his oldest brother Randy; (their only sister, Nicole, didn`t follow in her brothers` footsteps). Attended St. Finbar Elementary, a private school in Burbank, California.
